Quarter Beef Cut Sheet:

Quarter Beef will be cut to a Standard Cut.

All roasts are cut at 3-5 lbs.

All packaging of ground/stew meat will be set to 1 lb per package.

Steaks will be cut at a 1" thickness with 2 steaks per package.

Processing fees: $1.30/lb

$25 Harvest and Waste Disposal Fee.
