All roasts are cut at 3-5 lbs.

All packaging of ground/stew meat will be set to 1 lb per package.

Steaks will be cut at a 1" thickness with 2 steaks per package.

$15 fee for quartering.

Any quartered beef 150+ lbs will incur an additional cost of $1.30/lb.

$25 Harvest and Waste Disposal Fee.
