    ARBITRATION, JURY WAIVER: I understand and agree that as a condition of employment and for my application to be considered, the Company and I must agree to waive trial by jury and instead submit to a neutral, private arbitrator all legal disputes between us whenever and however arising, including in relation to the hiring process, and as provided in the Company’s Dispute Resolution Program (“Program”).
