2026 CAMP FEES:

Early Registration:
$225 total per camper - if received by May 1st

Late Registration:
$255 total per camper - if received May 2nd or later

Camper Deposits - $50 non-refundable deposit is required for registration and is included in total cost. Remaining balance due upon arrival.

Sponsors:
$125 - 1st male sponsor
$125 - 1st female sponsor
$225 - Per additional sponsor

Sponsor Children:
$50 per child 5 years and up. Please check with us to see if we have room to house your children--space is limited.

Due to limited space, we can only guarantee lodging on campus for 2 sponsors per church. If camp week is full, additional sponsors would have to arrange housing off campus. Email secretary@hoosierhillsbaptistcamp.org with questions.

(All Camper Deposits and Sponsor Payments are non-refundable but are transferable. For example: Say you pay for 2 camper deposits. 3 weeks before camp, one of your campers backs out, but then another decides they'd like to attend. You wouldn't need to pay another deposit).
