Arun Tridents Swimming Club, Swim England and British Swimming will use your personal data for the purpose of your involvement in the Club. Data will be kept securely including by electronic means by Club personnel. Medical and Disability information will be provided to coaches or other relevant Club personnel on a need to know basis. If at any time the above details change please contact the Membership Secretary.

Membership Rules
1. You acknowledge the rules of Arun Tridents Swimming Club as published on the website, communicated verbally and by electronic means. These rules (and as amended from time to time) shall govern membership of the Club. You further acknowledge and accept the responsibilities of membership upon members as set out in these rules and Code of Conduct.

2. You authorise Arun Tridents S.C. to apply for Swim England membership on your behalf. Swim England will only use your personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at www.swimming.org. Please take some time to read the policy to understand how your personal data will be used. As a member you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Swim England and British Swimming which can be found at http://www.swimming.org/assets/uploads/library/Swim_England_Handbook.pdf. Some of your information will be made visible on swimmingresults.org, including listing of your achievements, entry to competitive events, biographies
or listing on British Rankings. If you do not agree with this you can change your preferences at any time through the Online Membership System (OMS). A link to access OMS will be sent to you along with your Swim England Membership confirmation.
