AWG Innovation Showcase Airfare Reimbursement Form

Submit this form by Monday, March 24, 2025.
Airfare costs are covered for Members/Retailers by AWG for this event as follows:
- Up to $250 per person (max. 2 people per equity group are eligible for reimbursement, not to exceed $500)
- For travel over 300 miles
- Flights must be booked by attendees
- Showcase attendance is required for reimbursement
- Complete this form by Monday, March 24, 2025 to receive reimbursement
- There is no mileage reimbursement for any retailer that is driving to the event
Reimbursements will be credited on store statements by Friday, May 23, 2025.
