In December, COM approved two new policies that will directly impact our Pastors and congregations: an updated leave policy and a dissolution of call policy. Both of these are in response to recent changes in the Book of Order. Copies of these policies can be found on the COM page on the website:

To help everyone understand these new policies and how they’ll impact our Pastors and Congregations, COM has scheduled two webinars to be held via Zoom next week. The webinars will be hosted by Rev. Ben Schneider (COM Co-Chair) and Rev. Brian Wallace (COM Staff Liaison). The content of each will be the same; we are offering them at multiple times to accommodate differing schedules.

Pastors and appropriate congregational leaders (Clerks of Session, Personnel Committee Chairs/Members, Treasurers, etc.) are encouraged to attend. The webinar will be recorded and made available for viewing later.
