NOTE that timelines for BID installations vary.

If the customer needs to be registered for a new wireline profile allow 5-7 business days between order and receiving an agreement.

Facility Checks take 2-3 weeks. If a client is offnet an agreement is not an offer to cover any costs.

Once an agreement is signed and returned it can take 10-15 business days before the provisioning team at Bell reaches out to the customer. Installation dates subject are subject to Business Design Network (BND) requirements/evaluation.

There are no mechanics to move these along faster or have someone go on site in advance. If you wish to pursue another avenue you may engage partnersupport@bell.ca however their responses can take 48-72 business hours and will advise you to engage COE (all of which is not supported).

From start to finish it will regularly take 60-90++ business days to have new internet installed and this assumes no lengthy delays with having an agreement signed (ex. returned same day provided to client).
