Document preparation timelines (upon receipt of a complete request and applicable payment):
• Regular request: Prepared within five to ten (5-10) business days
• Rush request: Prepared within three (3) business days

Documents are released upon receipt of payment.
5% GST applies to all applicable fees.

Important – Legislative Timeframe:
Notwithstanding the above processing timelines, the Corporation will make the requested documents available within ten (10) days of receipt of a written request, in accordance with the Alberta Condominium Property Act.

**Documents will not be released if unit is in arrears**

CURRENT OWNERS MUST COMPLETE A CONDOMINIUM FEE CANCELLATION FORM IN ORDER TO STOP PAYMENT FOR FEES. CLICK HERE

Please notify us upon the sale of the property and have the incoming owner or their lawyer contact us to confirm the sale and provide an updated Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement.
