- Pilot's weight and emergency contact telephone number
- Name, telephone number, email and weight of all passengers
- Method of payment in case you decide to upgrade to a larger aircraft
Scheduling addresses requests within 2-4 days. Hours of Operation for Scheduling are M-F 6 AM - 2 PM.
