Architecture & Landscaping - Advises the General Manager and the Board in establishing and/or modifying effective architectural and landscaping guidelines and enforcement procedures. Ensures that all alternations and improvements to homeowner and Association properties comply with the CC&Rs.
Election - Advises the General Manager of the Board of Directors election results after a thorough count of the ballots.
Events - To advise the Food and Beverage Director on specific functions and report all financial activity to the Controller. To plan and organize events throughout the year.
Finance - To advise the General Manager and the Board of Directors in achieving and maintaining a healthy financial position in SaddleBrooke One.
Golf - To advise the Director of Golf, General Manager, and Board of Directors concerning the operation and maintenance of the golf course and Golf Shop and the promotion of HOA # 1 golf to all interested residents of SaddleBrooke One and SaddleBrooke Two.
Properties & Roads - To advise and assist the Operations Director, General Manager and Board of Directors on issues regarding the aesthetic appearance, contents and rules as they pertain to the Activity Center and the Clubhouse.
Rules Compliance & Covenants - To serve as the initial body for the Hearing of alleged violations of the Association's governing documents. To evaluate, when requested by the Board of Directors, proposed revisions to the governing documents of the Association.
SaddleBrooke Public Affairs Commission - SPAC's mission is to gather information and monitor trends in the external environment, including residential and commercial property developments, environmental issues, demographic changes, and governmental actions.
Recreation, Health & Wellness - Advises and assists the Board and Management to promote programs and activities that increase wellness in SaddleBrooke One and encourages the creation of recreational and craft activities that benefit mental acuity, physical fitness, and the general well-being of the residents.
Search - To recruit homeowners in good standing who conform to Article III, Section 8 of the Bylaws, as candidates for the Board of Directors.
Unit Reps - To provide a unit organizational structure that encourages homeowner involvement and a conduit for information distribution on all association issues and projects. To serve as an information link among homeowners, the Board of Directors, other committees, and the General Manager to improve the flow of information within the community.
