How many booths are you reserving? Booth description: 10' x 10', curtained, with an 8’ x 2’ table, waste basket, table cover and skirt, 2 chairs, including a 7" x 44" card stock sign with the company name.

Names of other official company reps expected to be at the conference. Please include their emails addresses as well. We will have onsite name badge printing and will need to upload as many names ahead of time as possible. (We know that this can and will change, but we'd like an idea of how many are coming.)

List your requested booth "neighbor(s)" if any. (All booth neighbors must be paid in full prior to the assignment of booth numbers. Late payments may not come in with time enough to grant "neighbor" requests.) It's not promised that your request will be accommodated, but we will do our best.
Will you need electrical power for your booth? Electricity is an added expense. Please contact the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center to arrange for your power. Be sure that you bring your own extension cords. (SCCTM managers will arrive early at the convention center and will make sure that your needs are being met prior to your arrival, but you must order your extras ahead of time.)

Are there any other extra needs that your booth might require? (SCCTM provides the booth, table, cloth cover, and two chairs as listed above.) Extra items such as carpet are an added expense for the vendor. Please contact our tradeshow decorator for extras.
