Vendor Application Deadline: Monday, April 1, 2024

Special Event Fee: $100
**The special event fee submission is non-refundable and will be due upon confirmation of your participation**
Mayfair will supply each vendor with the following:
- (1) 10x10 tent
- (1) nameplate sign
- Free onsite parking for vendors and staff
- Activation space (or appropriately sized space for larger activations)
Mayfair has set forth the following guidelines for participation:
- Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, table covers, trash cans & liners, and any other needs within their booths
- Vendors must stay within their allotted footprint
- If requested, vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance. Limits of liability should include $1,000,000 of coverage and list SouthStar at Mayfair, LLC as additional insured.
- Vendors must abide by their assigned load in and load out times and must remain onsite for the entirety of the event
- If applicable, vendors will obtain their own temporary event health and/or fire permits and provide a copy to event organizers no less than (1) week before the event
