    In order to properly complete a request for food services, the Culinary Team requires that all requests be submitted 2 weeks prior to the start date of the event.

  • Note - Each ministry/department is required to provide assistance with set-up, serving and clean-up for food service events sponsored or hosted by the ministry/department.

  • Suggested Menu: check all that apply

    Note - Food service charges will be applied to the budget of the ministry/department making the request.
