Thank you so kindly for choosing Jada Dakalynn’s Equiste Creations for your services. After submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation email/text with payment details. All orders must be placed 5-7 days in advance. A $30 rush fee will be included for any orders after 5-7 day timeframe. I ask that you allow up to 24hours for a response. Same Day orders are not allowed at this time. If you would like a custom bouquet, please select "other" in the quantity of roses/bouquet style section and I will reach out to you via text with the number you've provided.
Pick Up
The pickup location for your order will be at Walmart in Jackson, AL. You will be sent your pickup time a day prior. Please be on time and plan accordingly. If there are any issues or concerns with the pickup time provided, please respond so that other accommodations can be made.
Delivery
If you prefer for your arrangement to be delivered there will be a $6 delivery fee for locals & $0.50 per mile fee for any delivery that exceeds a 13 mile radius.
Refund Policy
No Refunds. All sales are final.
Disclosures
Money Bouquets are made with artificial roses. If you would like your bouquet to be made with real, fresh roses please add your request in the questions, comments, concerns field and I will reach out to you regarding your request.
Terms and Conditions
Payments must be submitted the day you receive a confirmation text/email. Your confirmation text/email is only notification that I have received your order and no orders will be started until your payment is made in FULL.

Explanation of bills
When you select the size of your money bouquet it may have whatever amount of money you want on it but that amount must coincide with the amount of bills that are allowed on that bouquet for example: Small bouquet (20-49 bills) If you want $50 on your bouquet I would use (50) $1 bills, 50 x 1= $50 … Medium bouquet (50-79 bills) if you want $250 on it I would use (50) $5bills, 50 x 5= $250 or you may get $50-$80 in $1bills, etc.
