PLEASE NOTE: To complete this form you need the following information:
- Photo of a Working with Child Check (or equivilent) if you are 18 or turning 18
- Information from Netball Learning (accreditation if you have some, exam pass details, Foundation course details)
- A completed copy of a ATO Statement from Supplier form - ATO STATEMENT BY SUPPLIER FORM - When completing the form the Supplier is you as the umpire.

If you haven't completed a Rules of Umpire Examination, it can be accessed via the Netball Learning Portal. It is important that all Umpires complete the exam prior to umpiring and to maintain accreditation.
If you haven't completed a Foundation Netball Umpire Course, it can be accessed via the Netball Learning Portal. It is important that all Umpires complete the course prior to beginning to umpiring.

In December 2023 World Netball (WN) has launched the Rules of Netball 2024 Edition, along with free educational rules resources. The new rules will come into play for all matches from the 1st January 2024.
