Additional Terms of Transaction:

• Usage of Name and Locations: Gastro Grid shall have the right to use Partner Restaurant's trading name and the number of its locations in our marketing materials, showcasing our traction to potential customers and investors.

• Feedback and Communication: Partner Restaurant agrees to provide ongoing feedback about the product's performance and usability. Gastro Grid will maintain communication in a form of scheduled feedback sessions via video calls, email, and in-person meetings addressing feedback, concerns, or suggestions from Partner Restaurant. Gastro Grid is commited to reviewing all feedback provided by the Partner Restaurant and using it to shape the future of the platform.

 

Confidentiality and Data Privacy:

Both parties agree to uphold confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during negotiations and throughout the product testing and development process. This includes technical data, customer information, and strategic insights, ensuring the utmost care and discretion in handling such information.
