If you suspect you have Lymphedema, Lipoedema, or Chronic Venous Insufficiency, etc. please feel free to contact the Dominican Outpatient Lymphedema Clinic as they will most likely be able to get you in sooner.
If you have kidney disease or congestive heart failure, please contact me directly. Depending on how well it's managed we may or may not be able to safely do Manual Lymph Drainage and either way will need a written letter from your phycisian clearing for treatment.
Good Manual Lymph Drainage can increase the rate your lymph system picks up and processes fluid by up to 30% for several hours after a treatment, second best (in my opinion) is moving your body in the pool! The warm water pool at Simpkins is a great local option for this.
