Design, Production & Logistics

We itemise our fees so you can see exactly where your investment goes — from the flowers themselves to the care and labour that brings your vision to life.

Design & Labour Charges

Labour covers the design, sourcing, preparation, and creation of your florals. Charged at 30% of flower value (ex GST), this fee reflects the time, skill, and care poured into every bloom. This is calculated before delivery, hire items, or optional post-event services.

Delivery Charges

Delivery ensures your florals and styling pieces arrive safely and beautifully presented, whether to one location or multiple venues.
Starting from $90 (ex GST), depending on location.

On-Site Installation & Repurposing

Our on-site installation ensures every floral and styling detail is arranged with precision for a polished, photograph-ready presentation.

If ceremony florals are reused for your reception, this includes careful labour to move, adjust, and re-style each piece for a seamless, intentional transition.

Hourly rate: $75 per florist (ex GST).

Bump-Out Charges

A standard bump-out fee of $450 (ex GST) applies to all quotes, covering the post-event care of your florals and styling. This includes the return of our team to pack down and remove all florals, styling elements, and hired items, returning the space to its original condition.

Standard bump-out occurs between 10pm and 12am on the night of your event.

Events finishing later, or bump-outs scheduled on Sundays or public holidays, may incur additional fees in line with award wage penalty rates.

We offer options where bump-out is not required; however, if any styling items are hired, a bump-out is necessary to ensure their safe return.

Hire Item Cleaning Charges

All hired items are subject to a 15% cleaning and handling fee. This covers professional cleaning, polishing, checking, and repacking, ensuring every piece is restored to our studio standard and ready for its next outing.
