Let’s talk design, creation, delivery, installation, styling, repurposing and bump out fees (and why they are a separate charge)
The price you see? That’s just for the flowers — all those luxe blooms, seasonal showstoppers, and dreamy stems hand-picked just for you.
Design & Creation - That’s extra, because we will create a unique design for you - Think of it like creating a brand-new cake recipe from scratch — it takes planning, skill, and artistry to get every detail just right.
Delivery & Installation - Our team will deliver your flowers to one—or multiple—locations, taking care of all the prep, styling, and setup so everything looks flawless. Installation and delivery charges cover the hours on the ground making sure your blooms are picture-perfect.
Repurposing - After your ceremony, our team often stays on-site to carefully move and reset your blooms for the reception.
This includes the time waiting for the perfect moment, transporting arrangements safely, and re-styling everything so your flowers look just as stunning as they did walking down the aisle. All of this time on the ground is included in the delivery and installation fee.
Bump Out - Like all good things, the party has to end — and all those magical flowers, candles, arbors, and props need to be carefully packed up and cleaned.
That’s where Bump Out comes in: our team returns to your venue (usually around 10pm... yes it is a super loooooong day for us) to remove and tidy everything we’ve installed, making sure your space is left spotless.
Just a heads-up: if your bump out happens after midnight, or on a Sunday or Public Holiday, extra fees apply per Award Wage Penalty Rates.
