RATES AND REQUIREMENTS

All rental rates below are subject to change based on the time of the year, number of attendees, hours of event, or at the discretion of the Assata Firehouse.
- Weeknight Rental Rate - $150/hour (2-hour minimum)
- (Monday - Thursday and Sunday after 5:00 pm)
- Weekend Rentals - $200/hour (4-hour minimum)
- (Friday and Saturday and Sunday before 5:00 pm)
A minimum of $250.00 deposit is required to hold your date and final payment MUST be received with 14 days of your event

Additional Service Fees (i.e. security, parking, etc) may be required for events with more than 50 guest. Maximum inside capacity is 150
Please note that events must be completed, including set-up
and break-down, within a consecutive 8-hour period.
