Requirements:
-You must make 3x the rent (gross)
-All income must be verifiable
-You must have a social security number
-Rental history is preferred
-You must have a credit score of at least 600. This will increase your chances of not having a doubled deposit (private leasing/landlord)
-You must be able to past background check
- No evictions or past balances
- If your score is lower than 600, please be preparred to pay a double deposit for better approval chances (private residential leasing/landlord)
