Congratulations on your selection as a Sea Mar Scholarship recipient!

There are a few steps you must complete in order to begin the process of receiving your scholarship funds.

Answer the questions below;
Upload a copy of your current class schedule. If you are not yet registered for Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall of 2024 that is okay, fill this form out after you do register.

Scholarship awards must be requested within one year of when you were notified of your award (Example: awarded in August of 2023, needs to be requested before August of 2024). If you are unable to meet this deadline, contact us as soon as possible at keniadiaz@seamarchc.org or scholarships@seamarchc.org to discuss options.

Please understand scholarship checks do take time to be approved and mailed to you.

It can take up to three weeks for checks to be processed and mailed.

The sooner you submit this form, the sooner we can begin generating the check.

Please be aware, it may take up to three weeks for you to receive your scholarship check in the mail.

If after the third week you have not received your check, please send an email to keniadiaz@seamarchc.org or scholarships@seamarchc.org. Please include your name and the name of the scholarship you received.

Sea Mar requires a copy of your class schedule as proof of your enrollment in your college or university. If you are unable to produce a schedule with your name, name of your school, and student number, we cannot send you your scholarship funds. If you are having trouble enrolling or are waiting to enroll, contact us at keniadiaz@seamarchc.org or scholarships@seamarchc.org and we can discuss your options.

If your class schedule does not include your name, we will not be able to use it to generate your check. If you need help determining if your class schedule meets the criteria, email us at keniadiaz@seamarchc.org or scholarships@seamarchc.org.

Before uploading your class schedule, make sure it meets the following criteria:

Schedule CANNOT be a photo of your transcript. It MUST be a PDF or JPG file.

Sea Mar has been able to award more than 300 scholarships to deserving students like you through the generousity of our donors at our annual fundraisers. We need your help in telling these donors and potential new donors why they should invest in our scholarship program and in students such as yourself. Please help us continue to raise scholarship funds by providing a statement or photo below.
