General Information

The Pennsylvania Society for Respiratory Care warmly welcomes you to our second in-person conference!!

Our conference will be a multi-track event at Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Lancaster County where we expect over 300 attendees.

Spooky Nook is the largest indoor sports complex in the United States and home of over 700,000 square feet of event space, making it one of the premier business meeting venues in Central Pennsylvania.

Spooky Nook Complex is conveniently located directly off of PA-283 at 75 Champ Boulevard, Manheim, PA 17545.

An evening with Poster Presentations and reception will be held on Thursday, September 19 and workshops held on Friday September 20th, 2024.  The Exhibition Hall will be located in Olympic Hall where the general reception, breakfast, and lunch will be served.

Hotel accommodations will be at the Warehouse Hotel, directly connected to the conference space.  A block of rooms is reserved at a discounted rate for the PSRC.

Conference Exhibitor Registration Rates

Exhibition Fee - $1000

• 8x8 Exhibitor Space with covered 6' table and 2 chairs.
• Conference Registration, admission to Thursday night reception, breakfast, and lunch for 2 people.
• CRCE available for any lectures attended and evaluated for 2 people.
• One electrical 5-amp outlet available upon request.  Please supply your own extension cords.
• An additional, adjacent booth can be combined, allowing up to 4 exhibitors for an additional $500 fee.
• Exhibitors sponsoring a lecturer will receive 50% discount on their exhibition fee or a 25% discount on an additional sponsorship below.

 

Additional Sponsorships

There are several opportunities for additional sponsorship that are available to the first exhibitor seeking sponsorship.  These are in addition to exhibit fee, but do earn a 25% off exhibition fee.

• Thursday Night Welcome Back Reception - $1000
  • Announcement made at beginning of reception and a 15 minute presentation to attendees. 
  • Advertisement in C-Vent regarding sponsorship.

• Friday Breakfast Sponsor - $500
  • Announcement made at opening remarks, sign posted with breakfast.
  • Advertisement in C-Vent regarding sponsorship.

• Friday Lunch Sponsor - $600
  • Announcement made at lunch, sign posted with lunch, and a 5 minutes of remarks to attendees. 
  • Advertisement in C-Vent regarding sponsorship.

• Conference Bag Sponsorship - $400
  • The conference bag sponsor will have their company logo appear alongside the PSRC logo on a bag distributed to all conference attendees. 
  • Includes the ability to include any company literature or promotional items inside the bags. 
  • This sponsorship will be open up to six exhibitors.

Exhibition Application

Exhibition Terms and Conditions

1. The PSRC will permit an Exhibitor to occupy their specific booth during the 2024 PSRC Annual Meeting from 4:00 PM on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 to 3:15 PM on Friday, September 20th, 2024.
2. The Exhibit hours will begin September 20th, 2024 at 7:00 AM and commence at 3:15 PM.
3. The Exhibitor agrees to not sublet or to otherwise assign to any person whatsoever, any right to occupy space covered in this statement.
4. The Exhibitor agrees to limit all activities to their assigned booth/space.
5. Exhibitors will be issued conference badges that permit them to enter all general workshops and lectures.  Badged exhibitors are eligible for any CRCE available from sessions they attend and evaluate.
6. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the PSRC against and hold it free from all claims arising from loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property whatsoever cause occasioned, and wheresoever such property is located during the period in which the PSRC occupies Spooky Nook Sport Complex. The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify the PSRC and the Spooky Nook Sport Complex from and against all claim, losses or damages to persons or property; provided, however, only to the extend caused by Exhibitor’s negligence or willful misconduct.
7. By purchasing a booth and agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Exhibitor agrees to pay the Exhibitor fee associated with their selection of booth space by July 26, 2024.  Registrations after July 26, 2024 will incur a late fee of $150.
8. Cancellations after September 1, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to other PSRC ebvents.
