Refund Policy
Refund Policy (Updated 2/11/2024)
I understand that any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Treasurer (treasurer@smithfieldpackers.org) to include the means by which you would like your refund processed (CashApp, Check, Venmo) as well as the username/address to complete said request.

I understand that refunds will not be given after the start of the season as program funds are committed prior to the start of practices to ensure all needed equipment is available for our student-athletes.

Track Meet Agreement
Any athlete that does not attend a meet after registration for the event has been submitted will result in a $25 fine and the athlete will need be able to attend the next event until fine is paid.
