SUNDAY AFTERNOON PROJECT

I, [Participant's Full Name] Full Name*, hereby grant permission to The Sunday Afternoon Foundation, also known as The Sunday Afternoon Project, and its affiliates, partners, assigns, licensees, and successors in interest (collectively referred to as "The Project") to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of me taken during the "World Logic Day" event held from January 19 to January 21, 2024.

I understand and agree that these materials may be utilized for various purposes, including but not limited to, promotional activities, marketing campaigns, social media posts, website content, press releases, and other forms of media dissemination. I acknowledge and consent to the use of these materials by The Project and its media partners for such purposes.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the final products where my likeness appears and relinquish any claim to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the materials.

Furthermore, I agree that The Project retains all rights, title, and interest in the photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and any derivative works created from them. I release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless The Sunday Afternoon Project, its representatives, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future in connection with the use of these materials.

I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this release. I understand that my consent can be withdrawn at any time by providing a written request to The Project via email at hello@sundayafternoonproject.com.
