3: Fill out the form fields below
4: Upload your artwork/submission

Students: One winner from each grade level will be awarded a patriotic prize pack.
Teachers/Leaders: One teacher/youth group leader will be awarded a $100 Amazon gift card. (Each teacher receives one bonus entry for every 5 students who complete a submission)
All entries will receive recognition for their participation, and a chance to be featured on A Capitol Fourth social media channels.

The deadline to enter is 11:59 pm ET on June 7, 2024. Winners will be announced via A Capitol Fourth's Facebook and Instagram channels.
