HONOR ROLL 100/CHARLEY P. & ORSOLINA TOPPINO MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
The Honor Roll 100/Charley P. & Orsolina Toppino Memorial Scholarship Award is a $32,500 scholarship that was established in 1993 and available annually to a student who attends a local high school and is graduating in the spring of 2026. The scholarship committee looks at financial need, personal need, and academic achievement. This scholarship is based on several aspects from the student’s high school career, including grades, community service, extracurricular activities, and a sincere financial need. FAFSA EFC must be equal to or less than $26,156 to be eligible for this scholarship. The funds for this award are graciously donated by Charley Toppino and Sons, Inc., Monroe Concrete, Inc., and donations from our Greater Key West Chamber of Commerce members, most who donate annually. Charley Toppino and Sons, Inc., and Monroe Concrete Inc., have created their yearly donation in loving memory of their parents and grandparents Charley and Orsolina Toppino. The deadline to submit this application is Friday, March 20, 2026.

Letter must be on school letterhead. If you do not have a letter to upload, letter can be sent to: Key West Chamber of Commerce Foundation, 510 Greene Street, 1st Floor, Key West Florida 33040, Letters must be received on or before Friday, March 20, 2026.

If selected, the first installment of the scholarship grant check will be payable when the student forwards a copy of the signed registration document containing the raised seat with proof of registration from the selected college or university to the Greater Key West Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce will provide a letter stating the scholarship amount.
