INSTRUCTIONS: This form may be used to file a national grievance in accordance with Article 22 of the National Addendum between ARC and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. You must file within thirty (30) calendar days of the action or decision being grieved or from when you first learned or may have been reasonably expected to learn of the decision or action. This form should be submitted to the appropriate Director of Labor Relations, AND a copy to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Please email the IBT’s copy to: ARCNotice@teamster.org.
