Affiliate Membership Terms & Conditions
By becoming an ERSCA Affiliate Member, you agree to comply with the Bylaws and policies of the Emergency Road Service Coalition of America (ERSCA).
All Affiliate Membership applications are subject to approval by the ERSCA Board of Directors. Until Board approval is granted, an applicant will be considered a Provisional Affiliate Member. If an application is not approved, ERSCA will refund the applicable prorated portion of the membership fee.
Affiliate Membership may be terminated by the ERSCA Board of Directors for violations of ERSCA Bylaws or policies, including conduct the Board determines to be materially and seriously prejudicial to the purposes or interests of the Association. Membership terminated for such cause is not eligible for a refund of membership fees.
Affiliate Membership is annual and becomes effective on the date ERSCA receives and approves the completed application and payment. Renewals are billed annually based on the member’s anniversary date.
Tax Notice: Contributions or dues paid to the Emergency Road Service Coalition of America are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Membership dues and related expenses may, depending on your circumstances, qualify as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax or accounting professional regarding the deductibility of membership expenses.
