Shooter Consistency for Wedding and Engagement Sessions Clause *

By clicking here, the Client acknowledges that while Move Mountains Co. will make every effort to ensure that the photographer (shooter) who conducts the engagement session is the same individual who will be the photographer on the day of the wedding, this cannot be guaranteed. Circumstances such as scheduling conflicts or unforeseen events may necessitate the assignment of a different photographer. In some cases, Move Mountains Co. may arrange for a different photographer for the engagement session, especially when accommodating specific client requests for session dates or times. This approach is intended to provide more flexibility and availability options for the engagement session. The Client understands and agrees that, despite these efforts, the consistency of the shooter for both the engagement session and the wedding day cannot be assured.

Rescheduling Due to Weather Clause*

By signing this Agreement, the Client is granted the flexibility to reschedule their engagement session one time, free of charge, due to weather-related concerns. This provision is intended to accommodate unforeseen and unfavorable weather conditions that may impact the planned engagement session. The Client must communicate the need to reschedule as soon as reasonably possible, and rescheduling is subject to the availability of MMC. This clause ensures that the Client has the opportunity to have their engagement session under conditions that meet their expectations, without incurring additional costs for the first rescheduling due to weather."

Location Responsibility Clause*

By clicking here, the Client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for conducting all necessary due diligence regarding the chosen location(s) for the engagement session. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining any required permits and paying any applicable fees associated with the use of the location. The Client agrees to ensure that all permissions and legal requirements are met prior to the session, and understands that any failure to secure appropriate permits or pay required fees may result in the inability to conduct the session at the desired location. MMC is not responsible for any repercussions resulting from the Client’s failure to fulfill these obligations.

Peak Season Availability Clause*

By clicking here the Client acknowledges and understands that availability for services may be limited during peak seasons due to high demand, operational scheduling restrictions, and shooter availability. The Client agrees that scheduling their event during a peak season may result in limited options for dates and times, and potentially, the availability of specific shooters. MMC will make every effort to accommodate the Client's preferences; however, flexibility may be required in light of peak season constraints. The Client is encouraged to schedule their event with sufficient advance notice to increase the likelihood of securing their desired date, time, and shooter.

Outfit Changes and Multiple Locations Time Accommodation Clause*

By clicking here, the Client acknowledges that outfit changes and the incorporation of multiple locations during their event or session may require additional time for successful execution. Move Mountains Co. highly recommends considering and planning for extra time to accommodate these requests. The Client understands that outfit changes and travel between multiple locations can impact the overall schedule and the amount of time available for photography or videography. Therefore, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience, and to capture the desired content, the Client agrees to factor in this additional time when planning their event or session. Move Mountains Co. is committed to providing guidance on the appropriate amount of extra time needed to meet these specific needs.

Travel and Transportation Fee Clause*

By clicking here, the Client agrees that for events or sessions located over 60 miles from the Move Mountains Co. studio, a transportation fee may be applied. This fee is to cover the additional travel expenses incurred by the shooter. Furthermore, any additional costs such as parking fees, tolls, or other travel-related expenses incurred by the shooter during the event or session will be the responsibility of the Client. These costs will be billed to the Client after the session, based on the actual expenses incurred. The Client acknowledges this responsibility and agrees to reimburse Move Mountains Co. for these travel-related expenses in a timely manner.

Pet Inclusion in Engagement Session Clause*

By clicking here, the Client acknowledges that if they choose to include a pet in their engagement session, Move Mountains Co. highly recommends having a third party present to care for and supervise the animal during the session. The Client agrees that it is their responsibility to ensure that pets are permitted at the chosen location of the session. The Client also agrees to be fully responsible for the behavior and safety of their pet during the session. Move Mountains Co. is not liable for any incidents or complications arising from the presence of the pet, nor for any failure on the Client’s part to confirm pet policies at the session location or to provide adequate supervision for their pet. The Client understands that a lack of due diligence regarding these responsibilities may impact the smooth execution of the engagement session.
