Gaming Together Guidelines
Devonport Online has computers, tablets, a TV screen, a VR setup, and a selection of board and card games available for people to use. Gaming Together sessions are aimed at high school and college students. All Participants must be registered with Devonport Online Access Centre and must ensure that emergency contact details are provided and kept up to date so that someone can be contacted if necessary.
Participants are expected to:
- follow directions given by Gaming Together Supervisors and abide by these Gaming Together Guidelines as well as the Acceptable Use Agreement
- abide by general gaming rules and etiquette
- be respectful of other users of this building by keeping the noise level down and being mindful of their language
- stay home if they feel unwell or have cold or flu-like symptoms
During sessions Participants may use the toilets on level 1 but are not permitted to wander around the building. We strongly encourage that Participants finish off any food and drink prior to the session starting, as only bottled water will be allowed during sessions.
Parents/Guardians will be responsible for reimbursing the Centre if their child causes damage to property or equipment or necessitates any additional expense for cleaning or security.
The Centre can be contacted on 0444 525 434 if the building happens to be locked by the time the session is finishing up.
