By completing this form, it is understood that the named student plans to return to the named school during the upcoming academic year. Additionally, as a previous Scholarship winner, it is understoon that you wish to apply for a renewal of this scholarship for another academic year (2 semesters).
To complete this renewal application, the student must provide the following:
1. A letter of reference from a member of the university/college faculty attesting to the student's success. (Acceptable letters of reference may come from a college instructor, resident advisor, and/or faculty member overseeing the student extra curricular, campus-supported organizations or activities. 2. A copy of your most recent college transcript either attached (upload file below) or sent directly to Tuckahoe Presbyterian Church. (office@tuckahoepres.org / 7000 Park Ave. Richmond, VA 23226)
3. (Optional) Any personal comments or other pertinent informaiton which the Scholarship Committee should consider (use a separate sheet if necessary).
