By completing this form, it is understood that the named student plans to return to the named school during the upcoming academic year. Additionally, as a previous Scholarship winner, it is understoon that you wish to apply for a renewal of this scholarship for another academic year (2 semesters).

To complete this renewal application, the student must provide the following:

1. A letter of reference from a member of the university/college faculty attesting to the student's success. (Acceptable letters of reference may come from a college instructor, resident advisor, and/or faculty member overseeing the student extra curricular, campus-supported organizations or activities. The letter can be uploaded below or sent directly to Tuckahoe Prebyterian Church. (office@tuckahoepres.org/7000 Park Ave. Richmond, VA 23226)

2. A copy of your most recent college transcript either attached (upload file below) or sent directly to Tuckahoe Presbyterian Church. (office@tuckahoepres.org / 7000 Park Ave. Richmond, VA 23226)

3. (Optional) Any personal comments or other pertinent informaiton which the Scholarship Committee should consider (use a separate sheet if necessary).

If the applicant is considering a change of college/university prior to the beginning of the next academic year, please let the Scholarship Funds Committee know this information by a letter sent to the Committee either attached or mailed to the church.

Renewal Form Due Date: February 28, 2025.

Upon clicking 'Submit", this form will be emailed to the TPC Scholarship Funds Committee.

Please either attach, email, or mail your Letter of Referral and official copy of most recent transcipt to office@tuckahoepres.org OR TPC SCholarship Committee 7000 Park Ave. Richmond, VA 23226.
