Clark County 4-H Commercial Booth

We are reserving booth space for the 2026 Clark County 4-H Fair, which will be held Saturday, June 20th-Saturday, June 27th. Please indicate on the enclosed form if you are interested in a space for 2026. Please send your form, and booth rental insurance, along with your check made payable to: Clark County 4-H Corporation to the Purdue Extension Office, 9608 Highway 62, Suite 1, Charlestown, IN 47111, or fill out and pay electronically by May 9th to reserve your spot. Booth space is not considered reserved until payment is received. All booth space will be outdoors. All booths are required to submit booth rental insurance.
*Please note the auction is Friday night this year. The Carnival has changed, and will only be present Monday, June 22nd - Saturday the 27th*
If booths are reserved after May 5th, fees will be increased by $50 for the week.

Food Booths

If you have a Food Booth, you must submit a food booth application for approval from the Clark County 4-H Corporation Board. All food vendors must comply with the Indiana Health Department Codes and acquire an Indiana Health Department Food Permit prior to entry to the fair. Food Booths are allowed one stand or truck for each paid site. All Food Booths are required to stay in their paid-for site during the entire 4-H Fair. If food vendors choose to not stay through the full week, a daily charge will be available. All Food Booths are required to refrain from selling prohibited items as stated in our contract and must disclose all intended products you plan to sell.
Vendor Info

Vendors may begin setting up Friday, June 19th anytime, Saturday June 20th after 11:00 am. All booth structures must be removed from the Fairgrounds no later than 6:00p.m. June 27th. We encourage all vendors to be open Sunday, June 20th- Friday, June 26th.
