By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for:

·       I acknowledge, that Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch or their dog (Merle Reoch) will not be liable for any claims, losses, injuries, or damages of any kind including disease, theft, fire, death, escape, or injury to my dog(s) and for harm or damage to humans, other dog(s) or property, provided reasonable care and safety measures have been followed by Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch.

·       I agree that any aggressive behaviours from my dog(s) can be cause for removal of my dog from the home of Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch and re-entry to the home of Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch will be at the discretion of Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch.

·       I shall indemnify Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch against any claims made for losses or damages of any kind directly or indirectly caused or contributed to , in whole or in part, by my dog(s) and/or myself, and for those I am, in law, responsible for.

·       I agree that I have informed and will provide any updates necessary to Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch of any pre-existing conditions or behaviours (health or aggression) my dog(s) may have.

·       I acknowledge my dog(s) may be placed in a crate or separate area for feeding, behaviour, or any illness by Scott Campbell or Sophie Reoch.

·       I recognize that there are inherent risks of illness or injury when dealing with dogs. I agree that any illness or injury will be treated by Scott Campbell and Sophie Reoch to the best of their abilities and should that be deemed to require further medical attention, will be provided veterinary care by the closest open veterinary clinic. Contact with the owner and the emergency contact will be attempted. However, action will be taken in the best interest of the dog(s). I agree that all veterinarian and other expenses from the taking of the above actions will be solely my financial responsibility.

·       I agree to pay all services on the date rendered in full before my dog(s) is/are released.

NOTICE:

We do not inlude leashed walks as a part of our boarding services due to a few different factors.
We have a fully fenced back yard with lots of space to run, so dogs get more exercise, more often in the yard than they would with walks on leash. When boarding, dogs have tons of exercise time every day, all day by simply being here. Our boarders spend hours a day playing with toys, playing outside in our fully fenced yard, and other enriching activities.
We now have so many clients, it’s generally not feasible to walk every dog on leash during the course of a day. We are still available to give dogs a leashed walk in the neighbourhood when requested, but for an extra fee. Leashed walks are now $30 an hour, or $15 for 30 minutes.

Core vaccinations for dogs are: Rabies, Canine Distemper (CDV), Canine Adenovirus (CAV), and Canine Parvovirus (CPV). Often combined as a DA2PP/DHPP.

Exceptions can be made for dogs who have had past allergic reactions to vaccinations.

We cannot accept any dogs who are observably ill with (unusual) coughing, runny nose, diarrhea, vomitting, etc.
