This amount includes makeup AND hair styling services for the entire duration of the week. This includes: check in/registration, all optional competitions and main areas of competition (interview, fun fashion, and evening gown), age group activies, parties, etc., as well as touch ups throughout the day as needed and time allows.  

~Princess, Junior Pre Teen, & Pre Teen~

$2000.00

This amount includes hair styling  and "age appropraite" makeup for the duration of the week. This includes: check in/registration, all optional competitions and main areas of competition (interview, fun fashion, and evening gown), age group activities, parties, etc., as well as touch ups throughout the day as needed and time allows.

DEPOSITS:

Sammie Paige Artisry requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance. Deposits must be submitted along with this service contract in order to secure your spot. Payment options are available upon request. Please email me for additional information. 

HOW TO PAY:

Payments may be made one of three ways.

1. Invoice- If you would like to receive an invoice which would allow you to pay with a debit or credit card, please mark that option below. Once your form is submitted, an invoice will be issued to you.

2. Paypal- Payments made through paypal should be sent to sammiepaigeartistry@gmail.com or by scanning the QR code below. In the comments section, please include the name of the contestant and pageant. 

3. VENMO: Payments made through venmo should be sent to @SammiePaige_Artistry, scanning the QR Below or by clicking HERE!

PAYMENT DUE DATE:

Deposits are due upon completion of this form. Remaining balance will be due in full by: December 1, 2025 by midnight. Any payments made after this due date are subject to a $100 late fee. Balance remaining reminders will be sent out prior to incurring any late fees.

 The information provided shall only be used for booking hair and makeup services for the International Junior Miss International Pageant taking place in Orlando, Florida from December 31st, 2025 to January 4th, 2026.

By signing below, you are agreeing that you are 18 years or older,  that you agree to allow Sammie Paige Artistry and her team to provide hair and makeup services for the International Junior Miss International pageant, and that you agree to all the statements listed above.  

This agreement, which once signed is a legally binding, stipulates that Sammie Paige Artistry and her team will be providing hair and makeup services for the above listed contestant. Please be advised, once services are rendered, no refunds will be given.
