  • Breckenridge K-9 Border Collie Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected and abused animals. Breckenridge K-9 BCR is completely funded through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by us at our facility and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and microchipping prior to their adoption.

    Our dogs will be evaluated and training provided, by us, before they become available for adoption. This process takes longer than most rescues, therefore we do not have a large selection of adoptable dogs. We are looking for our dogs to have the tools to be well behaved in their new forever homes.

All adopting parties are required to complete this form prior to adoption. Breckenridge K-9 BCR reserves the right to deny any adoption based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to adoptions!
