Acknowledgement of Risks:
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge the inherent risks involved in participating in the Everwell Desert Retreat, including but not limited to physical injury, psychological stress, illness, and emotional or economic loss. I understand that these risks may arise from my own actions or those of others, environmental conditions, travel to and from the retreat, or during activities at the retreat locations.

Waiver and Release:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Everwell Desert Retreat, I hereby release and forever discharge Everwell Church, its affiliates, managers, members, staff, volunteers, and agents, including but not limited to the owners of the properties located at 50636 Golden Ray Rd and 5455 Big Horn Rd, Johnson Valley, CA 92285, from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation in the retreat.

Assumption of Risk:
I am voluntarily participating in the Everwell Desert Retreat with full knowledge of the potential risks. I agree that I am solely responsible for my safety and well-being. This includes risks associated with traveling to and from the retreat, activities conducted during the retreat, and potential exposure to health risks such as COVID-19.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everwell Church and the property owners at the aforementioned addresses against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from my participation in the retreat. This includes reimbursement of legal fees and related costs in case of litigation.

Medical Responsibility:
I understand that I am responsible for my own medical costs should I require treatment during the retreat. I acknowledge that it is advisable to have personal health insurance coverage.

Damage Responsibility:
I accept liability for any damage caused by my willful actions, negligence, or recklessness to the facilities or equipment at the retreat locations.

Agreement Clauses:
Severability: If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in effect.
Voluntary Participation: I confirm that my agreement to these terms is made voluntarily and without any duress or undue influence.
Full Understanding: I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release. By signing, I agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.

I certify that I have read this agreement, that I fully understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract and that I am signing it of my own free will.
