At-Home Service

Plan and implement a Service Activity:

Please take this weekend off of classes to sit down as a family and talk about the importance of serving the local community. Discuss ways you are already serving our local community here, and talk about ways you want to do more.

You can look up different organizations in the area that you believe in and that need volunteer help. Think about commiting, as a family, to serving with an organization of your choosing on a monthly or quarterly basis. Or you can find a way to help your neighbor (shovel your neighbor's sidewalk, etc.).

All Christians are called to serve the poor, the hungry, the needy, and the homeless. Thank you for answering Christ’s call and leading your family to do the same.

This service activity should take place between now and March 15.
