Camp weeks run from July 8 - August 16, 2024. DOXA Day Camp is for children entering grades 1-8 in 2024. One week of camp is $110.00 per child. Camp runs from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

• Friday: Multi-Site Camp Day*

*Camp Trip Days and Multi-Site Camp Days will use public transportation (subway and bus).

A form completed by you is required before your child can participate. This is an important document. If needed, please ensure that someone translates and explains this document to you.

This is a legal document. The collection and retention of the information requested on this form is authorized and governed by the Freedom of Information and Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada).

By submitting this form I agree to receive updates from DOXA Toronto, Youth Unlimited and partner churches of DOXA Day Camp.

Should it become necessary for my/our child to receive medical care, I/we hereby give the YU leader and its partner churches (St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Scarborough, St. Clair Evangelical Missionary Church, Bridletowne Park Church) permission to use her/his best judgment in obtaining such care for my/our child. I/we understand that any cost will be my/our responsibility and I/we agree to indemnify any such costs YU incurs on my behalf. I/we also understand that in the event of illness or accident, the emergency contact person will be notified as soon as possible.

I/we understand that my/our child’s participation in this activity may have undesired and unanticipated consequences. Notwithstanding this, I/we hereby release and forever discharge Youth Unlimited (Toronto Youth for Christ) and all affiliates, members, directors, officers, leaders, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, claims, demands, liabilities, including negligence, and all expenses I/we have now or may have in future in connection with, arising from or related to my/our child’s involvement with or participation in this activity and agree to indemnify YU for any and all legal and other costs associated with defending any such claim.

DOXA Day Camp offers a low cost camp to our communities because we see the value in investing in your kids. To make camp more accessible, we offer additional subsidy for those who are unable to afford camp. In 2024, we are pleased to offer an opportunity for families to further support and help keep camp affordable for those in need by offering a variety of pricing tiers. In 2023 without fundraising the cost per camper per week would be $320. Please consider which tier of weekly price is right for your family.

PLEASE NOTE: This system of paying for camp fees does not affect your camper’s experience in any way. Every camper will have the same incredible chance to enjoy our activities, programs and community. It is completely voluntary to choose a price tier. At the end of the day, our desire is that every child can come to camp this summer regardless of financial circumstances! If you request subsidy we will reach out to you to discuss how we can best support your family.

If the DOXA Day Camp weekly costs prohibit your child/children from attending, please click here to request a subsidy.

If you choose to register through e-transfer, kindly click on the e-transfer option and proceed with submission. Please refrain from entering any numbers for the standard week or quantity, and avoid providing credit card information. If you have registered for specific weeks, kindly send the corresponding amount accordingly.
