I,   First NameLast Name  , entered into his Content Creation Agreement by and between 'WIN'N" ("Company") and ("Content Creator") collectively referred to as the "Parties."

**1. Content Creation:**
Content Creator agrees to create and deliver content, per each featured product provided by the Company. The content shall be created professionally and align with the Company's brand image.

**2. Promotion:**
Content Creator agrees to promote the provided products on their social media platforms and produce content that encourages awareness and engagement. Each piece of content should include proper tagging of [@thewinn.store] on the respective social media platforms.

**3. Social Media Inclusion:**
Content Creator agrees to add the Company's social media account information to their bio on the relevant platforms. The inclusion should feature either a unique code or a direct link to facilitate customers' shopping with the Company. Also includes Instagram collaboration posts.

**4. Product Usage:**
Content Creator agrees to use the provided products exclusively for the agreed-upon content creation and promotional purposes.

**5. Compensation:**
In consideration of the services provided, the Company will supply [5] pieces of clothing to the Content Creator. No additional compensation, financial or otherwise, shall be provided unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

**6. Ownership:**
All content created according to this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the Company. Content Creator shall not use, reproduce, or distribute the content for any purpose other than the promotion of the Company's products.

**7. Duration:**
This Agreement shall commence TBD. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms herein.

**8. Governing Law:**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of California.

**9. Confidentiality:**
Both Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.

**10. Entire Agreement:**
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.

**IN WITNESS WHEREOF**, the Parties have executed this Content Creation Agreement as of the date first above written.
