PERMISSION FORMS are needed: The parents/guardians of  ALL underage children need to complete the parent permission form.

Assuming responsibility for underage guests

Children under the age of 18 MUST be under the supervision of a parent/guardian or an adult that has been designated by their parents. Please make these arrangements before coming to the Mariapolis.

SUPERVISION: If you are hosts for children under 18 years of age, you will be assuming responsibility for their supervision during the Mariapolis at all times that they are not in  organized meetings for their age.
