We are now working on several initiatives to assist college and high school students in various ways.
One is a website, Student-Orgs.org. It will undoubtedly be the best way for students and student organizations (including professional organizations with student members) to connect at their own schools, regionally, and nationwide.
Each national student organization will have a page, such as this sample, which is further discussed below.
Each local student organization will have a page, such as this sample, to show their activities, social impact, online presence, members, and benefits.
Each college will have a page, such as this sample, to let students find all of the organizations and academic departments that might interest them. They will be able to filter by type, philanthropic focus, size, members (undergrad or graduate), etc. Students will also be able to find their classmates and each of their favorites.
Each academic department will have a page, such as this sample, to show their program, activities, social impact, online presence, faculty, and students.
Each student will have a page, such as this sample, where they can share and raise awareness of their favorite organizations. They will also appear on the pages of the organizations that they chose as a favorite, as seen in the lower part of this page.
