EMD
- 0-5k we charge $2,500
- 5,001-15k we charge $5,500
- 15,001-25k we charge $11,500
- 25,001 - 50k we charge $19,500
- 50,001 - 75k we charge $29,500
- 75,001 - 100k we charge $49,500
- For EMD, there is a NON REFUNDABLE 5% upfront deposit ($250 minimum), which is credited toward the fees if the deal goes through. (This fee is wired/Zelled directly to our Transaction Coordinator and paperwork on fees will reflect the difference between initial deposit and fee)

Transactional Funding
- 1.5% for 24 hour (Double Close) transactional loan (minimum return of $2,000)
- 0.2% per day fee for addition days money is held in escrow
  If there are two separate title companies involved in the double close, we charge 3.0%.
- If there is additional paperwork/terms for transactional funding, for example a deal over 500k or needing us on the operating agreement, we charge 3.0%
- Got a double close deal over $500k or funding an EMD $100k or more? These need to be discussed over the phone as rates are not the listed. Please email funding@zionportfolioparnters.com after your submission if this is the case.
