Vendor initiated refunds if approved will be subject to 25% administrative fee. Vendor requested refunds will not be approved/accepted within 30 days of the event. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event. Exceptions are subject to management review and approval.NO canopies, chairs, or tables will be provided.Vendors are not authorized to independently sell their spaces without management approval. If your vendor application isn't approved you will be notified, and receive a full refund of any moneys paid toward event..GoodLife Market LLC , contractors, partners and Event Venue are Not Liable for any Loss, Damage, Theft, or Injury.You will be required to sign and return two liability waivers. One waiver for GoodLife Market LLC and one for event venue & property management partners. These waivers are required to participate in the event. All Participating Vendors Must Sign All Applicable Waiver Forms. Forms Must Be Returned ASAP. If waivers aren't returned You Will Not Be Allowed To Participate in the event. No refund or compensation will be considered. By submitting this application you agree to the above terms if accepted as a event vendor.All display and items must be family friendly. If items are deemed Non-compliant the items must be removed immediately.Supervised children are allowed. Unattended children will NOT be allowed. Please make arrangments to leave children at home.Set up must be completed 30 min before event start time, or time designated by event organizer. If you are not checked in by the set up deadline you forfeit your space without compensation. Exceptions can be made of you need special arrangements that are agreed upon by GoodLife Market Management. Exceptions can also be considered due to unforseen circumstances as long as they are communicated to GoodLife Market Management as soon as possible. All Exceptions are subject to Management approval. Text/call 801-513-8500Early departure is not permitted. $100 Early takedown/departure fee strictly enforced. Exceptions to this must be approved before event with event organizer.For the success of the event, vendors are encouraged to post about the event on social media and websites to promote and advertise.All vendors are subject to County Health Department or property managment guidlines. Failure to abide by these guidlines will be grounds for vendor termination without compensation.No duplicate companies allowed. Managment reserves the right to limit the number of vendors in the same category. Management also reserves the right to cancel and refund any paid application without notice. Management also reserve the right to remove non compliant vendors from an event without compensation.In case of a duplicate vendor company applications. The first vendor paid/approved will be given the vendor space. The duplicate vendor applicant will recieve a Full 100% refund of vendor fee. Legacy ( returning ) vendors will also be given preference when duplicate company applications are received.Management reserves the right to change event times, location, or vendor spaces if circumstances dictate. Changes to events are not common. We will attempt to notify vendors of any changes as soon as possible.10x10 Outdoor Canopy is Required. Minimum 30 lb CANOPY/Tent SAFETY WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL 4 CANOPY LEGS. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Failure to have canopy weighted will result in forfeiture of space and monies paid toward the space/event. Unsecured canopy/tent is a liability to other vendors and customers. Canopy/Tent weights are required to be properly attached and must not be a tripping hazard to other vendors or customers.Vendors must have a professional and clean display area.• Vendor canopies/tenting must be in good condition; not dirty or torn. Tables must me covered by floor length table cloths.Utah Temporary Sales Tax Licenses are required and will be issued at vendor check in to all participating vendors.GoodLife Market LLC is not responsible for loss due to acts of nature, weather, public health emergency and/or acts of terrorism. Refunds/compensation will not be given for events shortened due to venue, weather, other acts of nature, public health emergency or acts of terrorism.Agree to conduct operations at the Licensed Area at all times in a dignified manner, and keep all furnishings, equipment, displays, stands, decorations and signs used at the Licensed Area in a neat, clean, sanitary and safe condition and in good operating order. Agree to be responsible for procuring any and all governmental permits and/or licenses required for the event. Restore the Licensed Area to the same condition under which it was provided.GoodLife Market LLC reserves the right to use photographs, and likeness. By signing up for GoodLife Market events, the attendee grants GoodLife Market LLC permission to use his/her likeness in a photograph and/or video in any and all publications, promotions and materials without payment or consideration made to them. The attendee realizes these photos and/or videos become the property of GoodLife Market LLC. The attendee authorizes GoodLife Market LLC to use, edit, copy, publish or exhibit any photo or video for any lawful purpose. The attendee waives the right to review any photo or video or to obtain royalties from the photo or video. Please Note: Photos and videos will be taken throughout the day and some photographs/videos will be posted on our web site and social media.Electrical access is not available for the outdoor events. Zero emission battery type generators are permitted.IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!! Credit card will be authorized when you submit your application. If your application is accepted your card will be charged. If your application is NOT accepted your credit card will not be charged. The credit card authorization will expire after 5 business days.If there is a problem processing payment we will contact you about the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner the application will be voided.
