1. Membership:
All participants must be paid members of Al-Huda Foundation with a valid membership, otherwise nonmembers can gain access by paying a $3 fee per session collected by the fob holder (Must be Alhuda Member)... Membership can be obtained here.
2. Key FOB Request:
FOB’s can be requested from msalhaffar@comcast.net or by texting (317) 514-9083.
3. Pricing:
The annual cost of the FOB is $25.
4. Key FOB Usage:
FOB’s MUST NOT be shared with others. If another member requires a FOB, a new one should be requested as above.
5. Usage Fee:
The cost for gym usage is $20 per month per sports group. This must be paid by zelle to accounting@emanschool.net. It is the responsibility of the primary FOB owner to ensure all members of the group are paid Alhuda members or have paid the nonmember-fee.
6. Saftey:
All doors must remain shut during gym use.
7. Permissible Sports:
The only sports allowed are basketball, kickball, pickleball, badminton, frisbee, volleyball, tag.
8. Exit Procedue:
Lights must be turned off and doors must be shut immediately after the reserved time. All empty bottles & trash must be thrown out, and equipment must be returned to the appropriate spot.
**Any damage should be immediately reported and repair costs will be the responsibility of the primary FOB owner.
