A Flappy-Nappy Brand Ambassador fosters positive community relations while expanding our digital reach globally on social media. This fun, six-month position is the perfect way to spread the love for Flappy-Nappies while connecting with other parents. Neither cloth diapering nor EC/potty training are required to be an ambassador for us. We encourage everyone to apply!
Brand Ambassadors are expected to participate in these daily duties:
- Offer recommendations and review of Flappy-Nappies products on e-commerce platforms and within Facebooks groups not operated by Flappy-Nappies.
- Engage with other members of the Flappy-Nappy communities by commenting on posts and posting your own engaging photos/content.
- Direct all customer service issues to our Customer Support Team.
- Post content in other groups not owned by Flappy-Nappies that are related to cloth diapering and/or EC to reach new customers.
- Report questionable posts.
- Share Flappy-Nappies posts on your social media.
- Maintain an overall positive demeanor. Our aim at Flappy-Nappies is to gently educate parents about EC and cloth diapering.
- Take high-quality lifestyle photos and videos with Flappy-Nappies products. These photos and videos will be used for promotional purposes and become the property of Flappy-Nappies.
We are looking for the following attributes in our Ambassadors:
- Diversity and Inclusion - We value all of our customers and want to ensure that our Brand Ambassador group reflects the diversity of our customers. We are committed to creating an environment and culture focused on equality, inclusion, and respect for all people.

Photography Skills - This position requires ambassadors to take pictures and videos of their children and/or other family members using our products. Upon entering an agreement to become a Brand Ambassador you will allow us to use all photos and videos shared directly with our staff or posted on our social media platforms for promotional purposes. Due to the fact that we rely heavily on our Ambassadors for promotional images, photography skill is a heavily weighted criterion in our decision.

Positivity and friendliness - Social media can be a very negative space, particularly the comments section, and even more so for "out there" ideas like EC and cloth diapering. Flappy-Nappies Ambassadors must remain respectful, positive, and helpful at all times.

Engagement - Candidates are active across multiple social media platforms including groups owned and not owned by Flappy-Nappies, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. As a growing brand, we seek applicants who are able to help elevate our brand awareness and product visibility across multiple platforms. A high engagement rate, coupled with a broad following, leads to a broad reach. Follower count is not the sole criterion.

Use of Public Accounts - Flappy-Nappies will only onboard parents who are comfortable showing their children's faces on their public social media accounts. Since an ambassador program is an integral part of our marketing initiatives, it's crucial that all applicants have a visible, searchable, and public social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.

Timing and Need - Our team evaluates the addition of new ambassadors and total number selected based on business and marketing needs.
Additional Expectations of Brand Ambassadors
- Use of Flappy-Nappy products - All Brand Ambassadors are required to sign a non-compete agreement that restricts the official representation of other brands with competing products while in the ambassador program.
- Social media posting and engagement - All Brand Ambassadors must actively, regularly, and positively engage within our brand managed social media accounts. This includes the following assignments:
- Flappy-Nappies Facebook Group - Ambassadors must engage a minimum of three (3) times per week within our group "Elimination Communication with Flappy-Nappies". This includes posting, commenting, liking, and participating in discussion with members and also commenting, liking, and sharing Admin posts and content.
- Public accounts - Ambassadors must like, comment, share, and engage with Flappy-Nappies public Facebook page and Instagram page to help boost the visibility of posts at a minimum of three (3) times per week.
- Personal profile - Ambassadors must tag Flappy-Nappies in their personal profile posts as well as tagging products on a weekly basis.
- Other Facebook Groups - Ambassadors must engage on a weekly basis with Facebook groups related to our target demographic that are not owned or operated by Flappy-Nappies. A list of suggested groups to follow and participate in will be provided after on-boarding.
- Other assignments - Ambassadors will be asked to participate in other marketing initiatives as directed by Flappy-Nappies staff. This may include, but is not limited to, hinting and creating excitement for new releases, promoting featured products, and sharing promotions.
- Use of your photos and videos - If you are selected as a Brand Ambassador, you are giving Flappy-Nappies permission to use your photos and videos for promotional purposes.
- Our expectation is that our Brand Ambassadors will post pictures of their children, including showing their faces, on both Facebook and Instagram.
- Flappy-Nappies' unique design is our strongest selling point and videos provide a powerful demonstration of this design. Ambassadors will be expected to capture and post videos of the product in action.
- All ambassadors will be provided a link to a Google Drive folder where they will be expected to upload clear, quality images and videos at a minimum of three (3) times per week. It is understood these images and videos will be used for promotional purposes as described above. Ambassadors will be asked to provide clear, high quality product photos and videos of new and existing products & prints. A minium of 5 clear, clutter free, natural light images and/or video per product is requested.
- For new product release, we ask that Ambassadors share new drop information on their personal profiles within one day - before or after - of the release.
- Non-compete agreement - All selected Brand Ambassadors are required to sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement. During an Ambassador's term, if they are associated with any other competitive brands' programs - representative, associate, ambassador, etc. - please let Chelsea know. Examples of competitive brand programs include Diapers (cloth or disposable), EC gear (potties, belts, crotchless pants, etc.), Potty-Training/EC (methods, courses, coaching/mentorship programs), Clothing (daywear, blankets, headbows, swim wear, etc.). If, at any time during an Ambassador's term, either Flappy-Nappies or the Brand Ambassador member decides to terminate this agreement, termination will be made immediately.
Brand Ambassador Benefits
Brand Ambassadors in good standing who fulfill their obligations will receive a $35 credit to Flappy-Nappies to use on regularly priced products every month. Ambassadors are encouraged to use this credit to purchase new releases, which they will be given access to prior to release, so they can help promote.
They will also be allowed to purchase, during their ambassadorship, most Flappy-Nappy products at wholesale price. These products must be purchased directly through FlappyNappies.com. Wholesale pricing does not apply to bundles, discontinued products, or seconds. Some exclusions apply.
From time to time ambassadors may be asked to photograph for promotional purposes specific products. This is not a requirement for the position nor should it be expected that every ambassador will be asked to perform this duty. If the ambassador agrees to participate in this request on behalf of Flappy-Nappies, said product will be provided at no cost to the ambassador. It is expected that upon acceptance the ambassador will do everything within their power to quickly turnaround the lifestyle photos for promotional use, a minimum of 10 images per product. If an ambassador is asked to help model a retailer exclusive it will be up to the retailer to determine if the product is shipped free of charge or not. Flappy-Nappies may or may not help facilitate these opportunities as they become available.
