THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT!

WE WILL BE DOING A "TENT-OR-TREAT" FOR THE KIDDOS!

IT IS NOT OBLIGATED, BUT WE WOULD LOVE IF YOU DECORATE YOUR BOOTH IN HONOR OF SPOOKY SEASON!

AS WE ALL KNOW, THE MIDWEST OCTOBER WEATHER CAN BE A BIT CHILLY. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. IT ALSO GETS DARK DURING THE EVENT SINCE IT IS A NIGHT TIME EVENT. YOU MUST BRING WHATEVER NECESSARY TO LIGHT UP YOUR BOOTHS.

EVENT DAY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES:
THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT!

Spaces will be 10x10 and you are required to bring your own tables, canopy tent and chairs.

SET UP: More information will be sent out about day of set up in the Facebook Vendor Group prior to the event. You will receive the link to the vendor group in your acceptance email.

CLEAN UP: You MUST wait until the END OF THE EVENT to begin taking down your booths. If it starts to become slower towards the last hour or so, Alyssa and Elizabeth will walk around and give you the heads up to start cleaning up!

CANCELLATIONS:

Vendor cancellations will not receive their money back once it is sent. We use the money to pay for the event expenses. Any cancellation due to weather, we WILL RESCHEDULE!

VENDORS
You are required to provide all necessary items to set up your booth/table.
You shall not remove booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.
You must maintain spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.

Lys Laugh Love Design Co, Dainty Dreams By Elizabeth, and Concordia Luhteran School reserve the right to market you/your items before/during/after to create vendor spotlights.

LIABILITY:

Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place.

The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event.

Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Lys Laugh Love Design Co, Dainty Dreams By Elizabeth, Concordia Lutheran School, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor.

The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. Vendor agrees that Lys Laugh Love Design Co, Dainty Dreams By Elizabeth, Concordia Lutheran School, its volunteers and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods or other property.

Lys Laugh Love Design Co, Dainty Dreams By Elizabeth, Concordia Lutheran School, shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event.
The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lys Laugh Love Design Co, Dainty Dreams By Elizabeth, Concordia Lutheran School, representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.

If selected, I understand that the vendor fee is 75.00 for the event and is due at least one month prior to the event date. I also understand that my spot is NOT secure until the money is sent.*
