All contributions are moderated by the Aeriform Archive team prior to their inclusion within the archive.
Permissions
This submission form may ask for the following permissions:
- Microphone [Required] - allowing you to record the sound of your wet breath exchange
- Camera [Optional] - allowing you to capture an image of the Bridgewater Jerry, or of your exchange with the fog
- Location [Recommended] - this information allows us to track the appearances, disappearances and movements of the Bridgewater Jerry over time. This data will ba later analysed to build a picture of the 'health' of the Jerry, across time and in relation with our changing climate.

Collection and handling of data/information
The Aeriform Archive website is an artwork by Hannah Foley, which exists as an interactive online archive that connects to, and facilitates, ‘real-world’ experiences. The purpose of the collection of information/data is to grow a community-led archive related to the Bridgewater Jerry fog phenomenon.
The information you provide within your submission is moderated by the Aeriform Archive team, and once approved, is then published within this site. This site, and the information it contains, are publicly accessible. This archive is primarily sound-based; therefore, the only requirement of your contribution is a sound-file. All other information you may share (e.g., date of recording, location, your name, etc.) is optional. The only data/information collected is that which you provide. All files, data and information collected are stored on a secure, encrypted server, accessible only by the artist and the Aeriform Archive team.
By emailing your sound file and information to the address provided, or by uploading this information through the online submission form, you are consenting for this data to be published on the Aeriform Archive website. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and request that your contribution be edited or removed from the website by contacting the email address provided above. If you choose to withdraw consent, all data/information provided by you will be removed from storage.
Your email address will not be published, nor will it be shared with any third parties.
Communication
Following your submission, you will receive a confirmation email from us. A second email will be sent to you once moderation of your submission is completed, notifying you of the outcome. You may choose to sign up to receive updates on the project, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
Material
This archive may later be analysed and adapted into further artistic or written works by the artist, Hannah Foley. Any material, data, imagery, and sound collected through the Aeriform Archive project may be used for artistic, educational, scientific, or other purposes, without restriction to any specific media, including (but not limited to) written publications, press use, artistic works, and exhibitions.
