Job Description 

Cleaner + Organizer 

Pay: $15/hr for 15 hours of training

       $20-25/hr after completing cleaning certification   

Part-time with possilbe Full-Time

Basic Requirements: 

• Pass background check
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and/or carry items up to 25 lbs
• Provide two verifiable professional references and one personal reference
• Must have personal Android or iPhone with you at all times
• Have a valid government-issued Driver's License
• Must have access to a dependable vehicle
• Timely and responsiveness required
• Willing to organize homes, closets, garages, decorate/stage homes, declutter homes, office, etc 
• Good computer, database, and calendar management skills 
• Great attention to detail
• Able to plan and anticipate the needs of others
• Doesn’t mind tedious tasks
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Ability to execute sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to follow through on tasks and provide above and beyond customer service
• Quick thinker and resourceful
• Ability to accept flexible projects
• Ability to work on-call but, creates own schedule
