Hello and welcome to the Planet Fitness Group Exercise Instructor onboarding process.

This is the process we follow to get you up and running on the new and exciting journey you are about to embark on with us!

With this first step we will be collecting some personal information about you in order to get you loaded onto our systems and ensure you have all the necessary tools and resources available to perform within your role.

Please rest assured that all the information captured here will be treated as confidential and only the designated Planet Fitness team will have access to what has been provided.

In order to complete this process you will be required to have a stable internet connection.

Before starting this process please ensure you have the following documents available to you in a digital format:
- Clear copy of ID Card or Green Bar Coded ID (Digital Copy)
- Registrations, qualifications and certificates (Digital Copy)
- If Foreign National - Copy of Work Permit and Passport (Digital Copy)
- Proof of Bank Details (stamped by the bank and not older than 3 months) (Digital Copy)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Valid First Aid Certificate
