I acknowledge and accept that these materials may be used across various media, including but not limited to print, digital, and electronic formats, by the University of Greenwich (“the University”) and/or by agents authorised by the University.
I hereby grant the University the right to use the individual’s image, voice, or quoted material for instructional or educational purposes, including standard teaching and research activities, as well as activities ancillary to the University’s main functions (e.g., marketing and promotional use).
The University of Greenwich is committed to processing information in accordance with Data Protection legislation. The personal data collected on this form will be held securely in our Digital Asset Management system while photo is in use. All photos will be taken on university equipment and never on personal devices.
